Myleene Rebrands Baby K as MyK

Myleene Klass today announces the launch of My K, her newly rebranded fashion collection for babies and children up to age 8 years, exclusively at Mothercare.

Myleene comments, “The rumours are true! BabyK is evolving and is getting a new name to mark it. I never imagined 10 years ago that the brand I created with Mothercare would grow so fast in both size and age range. BabyK started off as a baby fashion collection and has grown into a global brand for children 0-8 years (10 years internationally) which now spans across clothing, footwear, accessories, nursery furniture, bedding and travel items.

So with all the growing up that my own daughters, godsons, goddaughters and BabyK customers both big and small have done, I have a new addition to add to my family and that is My K.

I started it all off when monochrome was deemed far too daring for babies to wear and large ruffles and bold patterns were ‘out there’ and ‘brave’ and yet, I wasn’t alone in wanting these things in my little ones’ wardrobes nor was I alone when I wished for leopard print in my buggy or sleek lines in my nursery collection.

All of these beautiful designs and products are what has taken Baby K to where it is today, in 33 countries across the globe, available from 0-8 year olds and consisting of everything from babygrows to nursery blankets, luxurious dresses to cute joggers and of course an entire new nursery collection.

The spirit of the BabyK brand lives on in this playful and stylish monochrome collection and sees the brand evolve and grow to include unisex options and positive statement tees to empower young children to be all they can be. T-shirts feature slogans such as, ‘Super human,’ ‘Little Explorer,’ and ‘Being nice is everything.’ Individual pieces for little people with big dreams.

My K has officially been born and it’s cuter, lovelier and more adorable than ever.”

The new My K collection launches in Mothercare stores and online at www.mothercare.com on Thursday 25th August, 2016
