Emma Bunton Confirmed As Host of The Great American Baking Show

IT’S A DOUBLE DOSE OF SPICE WHEN “THE GREAT AMERICAN BAKING SHOW: HOLIDAY EDITION” PREMIERES ON ABC, THURSDAY, DECEMBER 6.

“Spice Girl” Emma Bunton Joins Anthony “Spice” Adams as Host. Award-Winning Pastry Chef Sherry Yard joins Paul Hollywood as Judge for Fourth Season.

Back for a fourth season on the ABC Television Network, “The Great American Baking Show: Holiday Edition,” based on the hit UK series “The Great British Bake Off,” returns on THURSDAY, DECEMBER 6 (9:00 – 11:00 P.M. / ET.) Showcasing bakers from around the country, each week the series put their best recipes forward as they compete in holiday themed challenges and eliminations all hoping to be named “America’s Best Amateur Baker.”

Joining as host this season, “Spice Girl” and television personality Emma Bunton, who alongside returning host Anthony “Spice” Adams, will present bakers with weekly challenges as they turn up the heat in the kitchen creating sweet and savory holiday fare.

Joining the judges panel this season is three-time James Beard Award-Winning pastry chef, Sherry Yard. Each week Yard and baker and best-selling cookbook author, Paul Hollywood, (“The Great British Bake Off”) will taste decadent and delicious treats while sharing advice and commentary in regards to the bakers’ technique and skill.

“The Great American Baking Show” is from Love Productions and developed by Richard McKerrow and Anna Beattie.
